The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price.
You may turn off auto-renewing subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period.

Seriously, how do I get my money back? I want a refund! After having problems for months now, and little help from the support team, I feel like I shouldnt even bother to continue with this app but unfortunately I paid for a subscription (which is almost over and I havent been able to even read the magazines this whole time) what a waste of money. Your most recent update was supposed to correct the issues the app already had but now that Ive downloaded the latest update all it does is crash every time I try to log in, so now I cant even see any of the issues let alone download them. This is extremely disappointing and I am so angry that Ive wasted money on it. Is there any way to get a refund? Thats what Id like to know because its been months now and Ive given up. Stupid app.
The enhanced version provides a good reading experience. Its very convenient to navigate. However, I couldnt read the enhanced or standard version on the plane because you have to have internet access to read them. I thought downloading it to my phone would allow me to read either the standard or enhanced version offline, but neither of them worked. It makes the app pointless because I would have been better off with the actual magazine. Also, the downloaded versions are more expensive! They put the prices up without warning. Buying a current issue or subscribing doesnt give you access to the archive of old issues for free ( like other magazine apps). Better off buying the paper magazine or reading something more educational!
